Both these exams do not consider the graduation percentage. So, you are eligible for both these exams.
Your score in graduation degree is not remarkably positive if you wish to become an IAS officer.
But allow me to explain that it is not the end.
Marks achieved in an exam don't certainly indicate one's abilities and incapabilities.
It only indicates your result and productivity level at that provided period which might have been adversely affected by a combination of aspects.
But you need to have your subject knowledge.
Begin going over your graduation books as the interview council will inquire about your fundamental understanding of the graduation subject.
So marks of graduation are not significant but the subject insight of graduation subject is significant.
