Well, considering your marks, getting a government mbbs college would be difficult as it's cutt off is quite high. But getting a government bds college through 85% state quota is good for you. I am attaching a list of colleges cutt off in Telangana go through it.

Your admission in Government College is not possible with these marks, hope you already know this if you have checked previous years cutoffs. Marks are low for government colleges MBBS.
