It is very difficult to get admission in government colleges with this 400 in obc category. You should score atleast 450+ .

400 marks is too late to get into Government Medical College even with OBC category
You should have got at least 450 to 460 out of 720 to get a seat via the 85% state quota and a score of above 5:40 to 5:50 to get a seat via all India quota 15%
