Hello,

As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-state quota(85%) and management quota.

The state quota is only available to students having domicile of that state and not for outsiders.

Yes, with 400 marks you are eligible for management quota seats, infact you have pretty high chances of getting a decent private college with these marks.
