Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 400, you would not be able to get any government medical or dental college under neither the 15% All India quota counselling or the 85% state quota counselling. You may as well try for the private medical colleges of your state where you might have chances.

Dear Garima, in 2018, under BC-B 514 marks secured a seat in Shaheed Hasan Khan Medical College. That was the cut off for Government Medical Colleges. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
