Dear Aspirant,
To get dental government seat candidate need 480+ in NEET through All India quota.But there is a chance to get dental government college to you with your 400 score as you belong to OBC category.You can get seat through state level quota.As you have not mentioned your state so its difficult to predict your college.

With 400 marks, your All India Rank will be around 140000 to 170000 approximately. Since you are from the OBC category, you have fair chances of getting a seat in BDS Government Colleges with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
