i got 4000 odd rank in gitam entrance test.Any idea which seat i will get????is the rank good????

As per your rank it is little bit difficult to suggest you for CSE branch because your rank in GITAM is neither very good nor very bad. It is average one.
You should try for Electronics and Communication Engineering or some other like Civil, Mechanical Engineering branch.
