I got 40000 rank in eamcet oc general can I get a seat in better college

Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' records, with 40000 rank you have very fewer chances of getting a seat in Govt. college but you are more likely to get a seat in a private college. So, try to apply for as many top private colleges as possible. You can get a seat in a good engineering college for your rank.
