Going by previous year's cutoffs for your category, you may get a medical college seat with these marks under state quota since last year cutoffs went to 406 for your category. If you do not get a seat in government college, you are sure to bag one in private colleges of the state. Nothing can be said yet since your marks are on the borderline.
