Hello banavathdharvindar,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a MBBS seat in a government college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 401 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

I'm sorry but despite having the ST quota the chances of you getting government medical college are nearly zero , however there are private medical colleges where you can try getting a seat .
Top private medical colleges in India-
- CMC, Vellore
- KMC, Manipal
- St John's Medical College
- DPU, Pune
- SRM University Chennai
But at your marks there are quite limited options , some of them are
- BVDU Medical College, Pune
- Dr DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai
- Yenepoya Medical College
- MGM Medical College, Aurangabad
