I got 4023 rank in JEE Main paper 2 and I got 89.6 %in CBSE board exam, I didn't qualify JEE Main paper 1. How can I get on councilling?

For b.arch there are only 1000seats.

It's a govt funded...
so they barely offer many seats for HS

You can attend for councilling of B Arch even if you not quality the JEE MAINS
