I got 40276 CRL rank, 6636 ews rank. My home state is AP. Can I get cse or ece in NIT AP Or any another NIT?

Last year NIT Andhra Pradesh didn't take admission on the basis of ews rank, so not much can't be predicted on that. As far as your CRL rank of 40276 is concerned, i am afraid you can't get NIT AP with that, even with your home state quota. But you do have chance of getting some other NIT, but make sure you won't get the popular branches. To see the options you have, you can use the jEE main college predictor tool. textile engineering , food technology , metallurgy
etc. in NIT's like
NIT
Meghalaya , NIT Silchar
