I got 40.33 marks with gate score 490 and rank 4721 in ECE GATE 2020. Which colleges can i get for M.Tech 2020? Any chances for IITs?

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, candidates category etc. you did not mention your category, if you belongs to general category there is less chances for iits. however you may apply for north east nits, jadavpur university, vit vellore, colleges of anna university .
