404 is too low a score to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges. Specially in general category. However you can go for the private colleges if you want. Check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get a clearer idea. You can go for the management quota as well since not everyone will take it as an easy option due to the high fees thats need to be paid. So you will likely get a chance. But you also have the chances to get a private college through normal processes of couselling.
