Dear Candidate,
Last year in Maharashtra, the cutoff for Government Medical Colleges for MBBS went down the maximum to a score of 500. With these marks, especially when you belong to Open category, it is almost impossible to get a government seat. Moreover, this year the cutoffs are expected to rise. Hence, I would recommend you to go for any of the AYUSH courses. You will easily get admission in there. However, if you wish to take up MBBS seat, you can try for private medical colleges or through management quota. You have a slight chance for it.
