hey Ankit , with these marks you cannot a secure a seat in BHU for BAMS due to high cutoff this year, and even previous year for general and obc candidate the cutoff was 508 for BAMS BHU so you can imagine this year's cutoff and your negligible chances of getting it.Even if you belonged to Sc or St category the cutoff for BHU BAMS would be above 480. So go for some other colleges in UP ypu will definitely get BAMS over there.

Can i get in Mumbai govt colleges i m from open category domicile of maharashtra

Yes ,you may have chances to get mumbai govt. colleges but for that you must attend counsellings.
