Dear Kalluru,

Acoording to me you have chances to get a seat in both AIQ and state quota counselling. Since you have defense quota there is a fair chance if you getting a seat in government medical college through AIQ.

Also it depends on how many defense quota students have got marks above than you this year.In your state quota you would have a definite advantage and a good chance if getting a government medical college.
