According to previous year cutoffs and trends the last round(Round 7) maximum rank cutoff under the OBC Category and other state quota is around 11,500 to 12,500 but your rank is far from that hence it would be impossible for you to get into any NIT.Although you can try your luck and observe your chances based on your home state quota.
