Hey there, You can get admission in NITs but getting CSE will be very difficult for you.

I assume that you belong to General Category as you have not mentioned any reserved category so cutoff for taking CS in NITs is very very high and you need very high percentile for that. But still you can try for some other branches or you can even go for good branches at some other colleges.
