Last year the cut-offs for the govt. Medical Colleges in Telangana for SC candidates under 85 percent state quota were between 393 and 442. If the same trend continues this year too, then you might get a chance to secure a seat in a governmnent medical college.
Also, the cut-offs for govt. Dental colleges were between 319 and 344. So, you might have a chance in dental too if the same trend continues.
