Since you haven't mentioned your category, i assume it to be general.For a general category student to get a seat in JNTUH or any other government college, he has to secure a rank less than 10,000 so that he can even get a good branch in that college.For your rank, if you have no reservation it is not possible for you to get JNTUH.According to your rank, you can get the following colleges,

1. MGIT - METALLURGY AND MECHATRONICS
2. MJCET - PRODUCTION AND EEE
3. BVRIT - BIOMEDICAL AND CHEMICAL
4. VJIT - MECHANICAL AND CIVIL
