Your UPSEE rank isn't enough to get you a college in Delhi NCR. I will suggest you to take admission in private colleges of Ghaziabad and meerut based on your class 12th marks. There are colleges like IIMT, RKG college of engineering which can give you admission on basis of 12th marks.
