I got 4108 rank(81 marks, general category, non maharashtran) in mhcet 3yr llb exam 2019. Will i get rizvi clg?

The cutoff for RIZVI LAW college was 93 for general maharashtra candidate and 103 for AI candidate.
This was the cutoff as per year 2018-2019 so i think your chance of getting a seat in rizvi is very low because you are a non maharashtrian candidate.

Its applicable to college of Maharashtra only so you can apply to other colleges in Maharashtra accepting the same.
For llb there is a chance that yoy mauy get the College you want but to be very specific its bit difficult because seats are reserved for the candidate of Maharashtra . Its a privilege given to all state university native but still aince you have good score you can expect one in your favour.
