I will suggest you to get a good private college at delhi. Getting a government college in delhi is not possible at this rank. I will suggest you to apply for northeastern NITs like NIT agartala, mizoram, etc. I will also suggest you to get a GFTI at northeastern region. I hope you have got the point. Just take the right decision.

Your percentile is good bit rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal, NIT Raipur,etc.Even if you get it you will end up getting lower branches.
To get higher branches you can apply for lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NITs from North-east,etc.
