Considering the previous year's Cutoffs, it seem difficult for you to get a seat in AP through state quota,

Whereas in other states you have to go through AIQ and your marks are less for getting AIQ seats ,

But remember that Cutoffs changes every year , so try your luck and attend all the phases of counselling ,
