Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category. Last year the cut off for medical colleges under 15% All India Quota was a rank within 13k. So based on this, you will not get a medical seat through All India Quota. However, you can get a seat in Deemed Universities through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities.
