Cutoffs are decided by the number of seats available, number of applicants, your all final all India or state rank etc .Based on the score you have mentioned your estimated rank would be around 123648 - 155798. According to the previous year cutoff in Tamilnadu for the OBC category 450+ can be considered as a minimum safe safe score for a decent college. For good government colleges , it should be 500+ . So it seems like you may not get government colleges and even top private colleges might be a little difficult but through home state quota you may have  a fair chance.
