i got 4175 st rank and 231422 CRL rank which NITs can i hope for ECE or EE branch?
As you have secured 4175 rank in jee mains 2020, from st category, then you can get some of the nits only if you belong from home state quota.
Now as you want electrical engineering and electronics and communication engineering branch in nits, then the nits that you can get are :-

I .According to trends of previous years and this year's JEE MAIN cut off I am afraid to inform you that your chances of getting admission into colleges NITs and IIITs are tough for those departments .However You can try in state level counselling and private colleges .One thing is important that admission in ST category entirey depends upon that particular category rank , not the All India rank.
