Though it is difficult to tell you exactly that you will get a seat in particular college or not. As the cutoff for admission as well as marks with respect to the rank changes every year depending upon many factors like category, number of student appeared, difficulty level of exam etc. However with previous yeas mark you can have an idea about your admission chances.
As you didn't mentioned your category considering you as a general category student. As per the previous years cutoff trend you have little chances of getting government B.A.M.S colleges in maharashtra through state qouta seats. However You can get a seat in government aided or private medical colleges.

To predict the cut off marks for is a very difficult task as the the cut off depends on various factors. It depends basically on the number of seats available and number of students writing the exams. These two factors only rule the entire competition among the students.
But if compare to previous years cut off ranges, then this year's cut off marks for government seats may vary in the range of 490 to 460. This is just a rough idea.
