I got 42 marks in gate MA(mathematics). Gen category. What rank can I get? Phd mein kha hoskta hai?

Hi aspirant

You can apply to IITs as well as NITs.With your marks you might not get IITs but still you should apply.There are very less candidates for MS and PHD programs so you can apply .You check the cut off of all the IITs and NITs here :

If you are applying to IITs then apply for COAP counselling and if you are applying for NITs/IIITs/GFTIs then you should apply for CCMT counselling.

Apart from that you can also apply for other state universities by filling their forms.
