Hello aspirant,
With your secured marks it is difficult to get admission in government college in madhya pradesh this year but probability lies with karnataka. As per last year cutoff Government Medical College, Khandwaof madhya pradesh was alloted with marks 493 under general category for all india quota and ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Bangalore was alloted with marks 368 under all india quota. So you may apply for karnataka colleges in counselling through all india quota.

Dear aspirant,
According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors as no of applicants , merit fallout , level of difficulty of neet this year etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity , cut off for neet mp from AIQ was
7171 rank
against 552 marks,
ut off for neet karnataka from AIQ was 9154
rank
against
542
marks
for general category since you have not mentioned any category i am assuming it to be general ,
through AIQ merit goes more high so you might not have a chance acc to previous years analysis.
Hope this helps
Based on your marks I would say it wouldn't be possible for you to get a college anywhere through the All India Quota. This is so as the number of seats available for the AIQ are only 15% in all the government colleges, therefore the competition for them is very high. Cut offs for the AIQ go very high, definitely above 600, so it's unlikely for you to get a college through the AIQ.
But, I'm sure you can get a good self financed college through the state quota based on your marks :)
Thank you and best of luck
If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.
