If we look at the previous year's cut off for government medical colleges for the BCB category, it was 600 marks and the college allotted was Osmania Medical College. So you have very low chance of getting a government seat through the state quota.
However, you might be able to get the following private colleges in Telangana (based on MOP UP round 2 cut off)
TRR Institute of Medical Sciences, Sangareddy- 401
MNR Medical College and Hospital, Sangareddy- 411
Maheshwara Medical College, Medak- 411
Surabhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Siddipet- 399
Mahaveer Institute of Medical Sciences- 411
Please note that the cut-off varies every year depending on various factors such as the category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.
