I got 425/600 in icar exam, oc general. is any chance to get best university admission

Hello!

The cutoff generally hovers around above 300. Below is the info:-

SC -  250-300

ST  - 200-250

General -  350-400

EWS / OBC  - 300-400

This year the rank inflation is also great as normalization was not considered though the exam was conducted in two shifts for three days.

You have chances to get good colleges like GB Pant for courses like horticulture, forestry, fisheries but not BSc(hons) agriculture. bHU is really tough for you to get. You may have faint chances to get Central Agricultural Institute in Manipur for fisheries. You may get BSc(hons) agriculture in colleges in Anand Agricultural University, Gujurat and OUAT Bhubaneswar.

Just make sure you fill each and every choice in your ICAR counseling section. It will make sure you get a higher choice of college.
