I got 426 marks in NEET 2018.I'm Muslim OBC from Kerala. Can I get admission in AMU or other government medical colleges in India?

Since aligarh Muslim university is Muslim minority college, there are chances of getting seat for your rank. Getting seat in government college is difficult, If not you wil surely get medical seat in some college under state rank.
