Hi Sanasam
As I checked the previous year cut off for obc category the qualifying marks is 40th% .Because of 15% AIQ there may or may not be the chances for getting you a seat in government medical colleges. The cut-off marks will depend upon various terms like exam difficulty, number of students, etc. Also you have not mentioned to which state you belong as state wise the marks vary in different government colleges. The state such as odisha, chhatisgarh you may get chances for MBBS seat. All the best dear and hope for the best results.
greetings sanasam,
for General category the cutoff is seen to be 701 – 134, for OBC/SC/ST 133 – 107, and for General – PWD 133 – 120 as you have a greater score, you have a complete possibility of getting in government college.

All the best!
Your score is less to fetch you a seat in any Govt college through AIQ ,
But you can try in your own state under state quota (85%) ,
Either for govt college or private college ,
You can make use of tool given below to predict your college with your respective marks :-

I hope it helps ,
All the best !
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are moderate.
If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in some colleges of that state.otheewise you can go for all india quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so nothing can be predicted much.cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best

Hey, with 427 marks considering obc category it is difficult to get any government college through AIQ 15% seats because the cut off usually goes very high... As you have not mentioned your state let me tell you states like Assam, West Bengal has got low cut off marks as compared to states like Maharashtra and Rajasthan so if you belong to these states you will get government college.. Hope this helps..
