I got 429 in neet 2019 will i get government medical college in tamil nadu

You have not mentioned about your reservation category, because the seat allotments are also based on reservation criterias,

Considering the previous year's Cutoffs, if you belomg to General Category then you have  chances of getting seat through state quota in :

1. PSG institute of medical sciences,

2. Thanjavur medical college,

3. Chengalpattu Medical college,

4. K.A.P vishwanatham medical college,

5. Rajah muthiah Medical college,

6. IRT perundurai Medical college,

NEET is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Medical Colleges in India. As per the previous year cut off you may not get seat in Government College Tamilnadu. Because last year the Cut off was 550 marks under all India Quota.
