I got 42k rank (crl) and in ews 5k.Can I get seat in any nit or iiit?

Hello dear!!!
I think that with a rank of 5k you will get a seat NIT or IIIT or sure. But the you need a great luck for getting the seat in core branches like CSE etc. So my suggestion is that you have a good rank and you stay patiently for all rounds of jee mains and get your most desired seat.
