i got 43% in class 10 and 59.6% in class 12. i take 4 years gap between my 10 th to 12th. im a good progrrammer . is it possible to get job at Google.after complete my b tech.

Google provides equal opportunity to the most deserving students who have the most skills. So if you are well skilled then you don't have to worry about the numbers you have got, instead brush up your soft skills & programming skills. If you can do so, then You won't face much of a problem.
