Yes, 43000 is a very good rank and This means you have pretty good chances in CBIT or vasavi. But according to last year cutoff a rank below 30000 will fetch you a seat in core branches such as computer science engineering, electrical engineering, eletronics and communication etc.

You might have chances to get into these branchs but in third round of counselling or so.But when it comes to getting through the college tyou have pretty good chances. Kindly attend the counseliing.
