The chances of getting the seat through category reservation would depend upon the cutoff marks and merit rank which varies every year for the different medical institutes. According to 2018 results of NEET, the cutoff marks for the category B were 489 with the rank 30430 in rajiv gandhi institute of medical science, Adilabad for Telangana and karnataka. So the mark range is above 450 so you have less chances through category B reservation but I would recommend you to go for the counselling rounds and wait for the results.
