I got 430 mark in NEET 2019,Can I get NDMC with state quota (SC category).

If you are inquiring about NDMC, Delhi, absolutely not. Last year cutoff for NDMC was 579 in the last mop up round. Even if the cutoff falls, in no possible scenario it can fall by 50+ marks. If I remember correctly, in 2018, cut off for NDMC was around 525-530 marks with the state quota. In 2019, almost double the number of students have appeared. I am sorry but there is no chance of a Delhi college with this score.
However you can try for the all India quota. Last year the cutoff was 557. You have a slight chance there. You can also go for BDS, which will be in your reach with 430 marks.
And may be with SC category you may have chances. Just you have to do is wait for the result.
