You have not mentioned your state.

Anyways with UR category and 431 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligiblebas cutoffs are usuay 500+ for UR category.

However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.

As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

As you would be aware dear! The competition is high in that case you can try for BDS and BAMS in your state category you really have high chances getting the seat, but the chances are very low for getting MBBS so try if you are interested in them
