I got 43277 rank in KCET. What are chances of getting a CS/IS/EC BRANCH for me in top 10 colleges in 3rd round?

Your rank is high and there's almost no chance of getting CS/IT/EC,as they are top branches ,and everyone wants to get admission in those branches,so seats gets filled very quickly by top rankers, and above 30k+ you can rarely get admission in CS/IT.
So it will be better if you go with JSS,as you can admission there easily.
If you wait for more time,you will waste your time as there's almost no chances of seats still vacant in CS/IT/EC

But still its hard to get seats in top Branches,if you want to wait you can,but it will be good if you start searching for other options too as backup,so that you don't get confuses later on.
