Unfortunately GITAM University doesn't accept AP Eamcet rank for its admissions. Gitam university accepts GAT (It's very own entrance test)'s rank for admissions. And the counselling must be in final stages already. If you haven't attempted GAT, try contacting the Admissions Committee as they might offer you a seat if they have vacancies.
