Hi aspirant,

With 436 marks in neet you have chance to get government medical college in karnataka through state quota if you belong to SC catagory. Name of some colleges of you can get:-

  • Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore
  • M.V.J.Medical College and Research Hospital, Channasandra, BangaloreBangalore
  • A.J.Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore
  • Sri Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital, Chitradurga
  • Al-Ameen Medical College, VIJAYAPUR

This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, etc. And this year cutoff goes very high. So more information you can use neet college predictor to know which college you may get with your marks. That is mentioned below:-

Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on the analysis of the experts, on the and going by previous years data, with this score a few Colleges that you may have a shot at, you have a chance in:

  • A.J.Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Al-Ameen Medical College
  • S. Nijalingappa Medical College and Research Centre

These are border line chances because the cut offs have increased considerab;y. But the College fees might not be 2 lakhs. It might be atleast 3-4 lakhs excluding the miscellaneous charges. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a complete list of colleges that you may have a shot at, please use our College predictor: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer . Now for an idea of how cut offs were in 2019 for this State and these Colleges, also please read our article on previous cut offs: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
