I got 439 in neet which colleges can i get?? Should i apply for all india counseling

Getting admission in government medical colleges with this score under All India Quota is very difficult and if you belong to general category then it is impossible as to get into government colleges undee AIQ you need to score above 600 but if you can take admission in private colleges then you cab easily get admission in private colleges with this score.
