I got 44% in 10th exam.am I aligible for not coolege?

If you are asking about Narula Institute of Technology, the eligibility criteria is that you need atleast 45% in your class 12 if you are general category and 40% marks if you are Reserved Category. You should also have a valid score or rank in WBJEE or JEE Mains or CEE-AMPAI-WB
Since you have finished your 10th only you need to finish your 11 and 12th first with the above mentioned criteria.

If you fit in the cut offs of the colleges you can apply for had but I cannot say you will get a good college. As you have less marks you have to take whatever comes in your way.
