Congratulations for your IPE marks of 576/600. But as per the ranking criteria for TS EAMCET 2021, your IPE marks are not considered for ranking. As you have scored 44 marks in TS EAMCET, your general rank would be around 80,000-1,20,000.
Now as you belong to OC category and also have EWS quota, you can expect a rank around 60,000 - 80,000.

As per the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 75000-90000 .  But note that this is not your exact rank because it is not yet released and the rank predicted above is on the basis of previous year's data.

As the rank Vs marks keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :

** Number of candidates appeared for examination.

** Top score for that particular year.

** Total number of seats available.

And some more factors, therefore your actual rank in AP EAMCET 2021 might vary with slight variations.
