I got 44 marks in preliminary key .iam oc can I qualified it or not ..and can I compare this key to final key

Hello Malika,
The qualifying score is 25% of total marks i.e. 50 marks. Your score is not qualified but you can compare your key with the final key and check if there is any fault from your side.
