I got 44 marks phys - 14 , chem - 11 Maths - 19 In JEE advanced 2020. I'm belongs to Gen-PWD category can I get any IIT. please reply.

You can expect your CRL rank to lie between 246089 - 175204 as per the past year trends. Hence it's highly unlikely for you to get a decent college with this score even if you are gen-ews category.
You can even expect the cutoff marks to lie close to 40.

apologies for that
in this case you can expect youself to clear the cutoff which last year was 17.5 percent of aggregate marks for gen pwd category. if the trend remain the same it's great but still It could be difficult finding a decent college. hence I'll recommend applying for councelling for josaa,jac etc or even apply for colleges which give direct admission on 12th class board exams.
